Squeak

I’m going out with a group of friends tonight for dinner and drinks, so thought I would blog about my outfit choice. Sometimes it is hard to pick an outfit for this type of evening, trying to get a balance of cute but not over done can be hard to achieve.   I like to be casual especially as it’s during the week.  This means I leave my heels at home and tend to lean more for my skinny jeans.

Tonight I have chosen my ever faithful black skinny jeans, mine are from Dorothy Perkins. I think they are a fabulous fit and are really reasonable at £25.00.  I am also wearing a red blouse from River Islands Chelsea Girl range that I picked up for only £12.00!! I will be wearing my black Chelsea boots and accessorising with my gold wish bone necklace.

My Hair and makeup is pretty simple; straight and sleek hair and then lashes of mascara and I’ve gone for a cat eye look with my liquid eyeliner.

The only issue I have is that my boots squeak every time I walk. It sounds like a little mouse is trapped in my giant handbag.   I’ve got used to it, but I’ve been told by others it’s slightly annoying... Hopefully after everyone has taken advantage of the happy hour they won’t notice too much. Squeak.
